How Much does it Cost to get remote help?
One-time payment of $50 or $10/month for an unlimited repair subscription.
You can decide to pay one-off $50 or instead choose $25/month for unlimited repairs for a 12-month commitment. You can decide once your first repair starts, or at the end of your remote fix appointment.
How fast will you help me?
Within 60 minutes (during business hours Eastern time).
What if I cannot remote in?
If your issue is beyond remoting in, such as a crashed hard drive, or non-powering up computer, then you’re welcome to get a free diagnostic at our NYC repair centers or mail it in if outside of NYC.
What if I have insurance already? Do you cover that?
No. We are actually built like an all-in-one insurance company for computer repair. Just pay directly to us to protect your computer for any issues. No need to get an estimate, find a third party company, or experience any other further delays.

Do you have a phone with cracked screen, a iPad with battery running out, or any broken device? We are ready to deal with any tech item.
